Guess for you generating wealth means doing real estate in Br"Amaravathi". The debt circulation is not be confused with wealth generation all the time. Baboru was not able to replicate any BPO /IT outsourcing boom of early 2000s in Br"Amaravathi".

Pattiseema is just 1600 crore project. Even there, if I am not mistaken the work canals dug for Polavaram were used to complete this project. Not an expert but I heard this is just a redundant project and not needed upon Polavaram completion.
