One parameter they also need to include is - Average mileage on the car. 

For e.g. A vehicle that has 150k miles on it with in 5 yrs, you spend more on maintenance. A vehicle that only has 25k miles on it, you spend less.

Cost of tyres have blown up recently. I spend <$400 for 4 tyres on a Camry a few yrs back. They are costing $900-$1000 in costco now. 

I don't know about cost of Tesla Tyres.

regen mode is one pedal drive, if you take your foot off gas pedal, it decelerates.
