YCP is not including Loan Waiver in the Manifesto. Either they are confident of the victory or Jagan doesn’t want to promise similar to 2014 because of the feasibility. 

YCP loan waiver include cheste for sure they are behind in the game . Otherwise they are confident that they are winning .
