He is relatively way better than CBN still .

How many poll promises did CBN deliver from his mainfesto… close to 600 promised made and then manifesto disappeared from web site. 

Polavaram/Special Status are dependent on Centre. 

DSC - YCP hired more teaches compared to the previous Govt. But this is something they should have delivered though. 
 

Prohibition - Lack of revenue prevented this. But at least is not making “Liquor Consumption” as his election agenda.

2009 YSR’s Manifesto didn’t  have any new promises except expanding the 8 hour (free) power to 10 hours . Jagan is expected to follow similar lines. Nothing fancy added now.

I heard a scheme like arogyasree for middle class people. Like semi-sponsored medical insurance schemes for middle classes…Just before code came into effect, health secretary had a meeting with hospital organizations and took their suggestions on such a scheme if hospitals will be able to accommodate etc.
