Suggestions kavali.

My company offered me Fulltime.
I was on contract here.Anyways i told them i was on OPT n all.Client was OK to apply new H1 for me.

But for background check they gave to thirdy party.They are on process.
India job ki proofs icha..and have proof for present employer.

But with Old employer i was attched for 1yr. But he dint provided any job.Ipudu third party vallu Pay stubs /W2 or employment prrof adugutunaru. I was on OPT.

How can i defend? Plz advice.

HR ki chepu ila Hireright vallu paystubs adugutunnaru... since you already told them about your OPT status he can submit a waiver so Hireright would skip that step.

But work chesam ani pettam kada..So they need some proof of employment.
