Which region of AP and Telangana has the richest leaders?

Regions meaning North TG, South TG, Kosta, Rayalaseema, Uttarandhra, and the major urban cities.

Usually in other states, they are from the bigger cities like Bangalore, Chennai, Mumbai, Pune, Coimbatore etc. 

I think it would be the same in Andhra and Telangana. Richest leaders are likely from Hyderabad, Bejawada, and Vizag.

Hyderabad's rich are mostly migrants from other regions.

Nellore always had very rich contractors like Subbirami Reddy and pockets of Guntur and Krishna(Reddy labs founder, Megha founder)district around Amaravthi have generated the richest people in AP.

If you count only locals ,then yes.

If you count Non-locals like Vijay Sai reddy and family,subbirami reddy ,botsa family,mvv then vizag is richest.

I mean local MLAs and MPs ruling Vizag and Bejawada. Same principle in Hyderabad.
