I read there will be a craze for studio apartments in hyd in prime areas like financial district etc 

because a lot of professional or students studying near by want to live alone but can’t afford 2-3 bed apartments so they r forced to share

2000 sft per floor - 4 studio per floor 

3 floors 

12 studio and 2 in Ground floor 

14 * 15k per month - 2 lakh per month rents 

 

construction cost - 1 crore 

Loan emi 50,000 per month chusina then 1.5 lakh per month profit ?

water problem in cities is an issue, hyd benglore and chennai all have water issues with no good solutions except pray for rains

Hyderabad problem little easier to solve if government takes care of preserving existing lakes and their catchment area and clearing of encroachments.
