Need advise …home buying

Zero’ed in on a home and made initial deposit …apudu telisindi enti ante elementary and middle schools as advertised in Zillow are not the actual schools ani..raised concern with builder and they said there are charter schools in the area .. they are free schools like Public ones but better rating and performance ani

 

public Elementwry (relatively new school) - no ratinG

middle - 3

high school - 8

not many desis in the area to assume that these rating could go up as most of desi are concentrated in neighboring areas( there public schools got better rating but we like this house better)

so question Enti ante is it recommended to go with it knowing that there are charter schools in the area with good reviews ( as I checked online) or back out ? Resale in future lo impact avuthundha…

No realtor ….vallu no 1 school district ani dupping first nundi… indeed high school is ..rest all biscuit ..adhi cover chesaru..deposit Katti purchase docs choosthe shock

 

guddi lo mella initial deposit is only 1k..have one week to pay rest of deposit or back out

Then just take it and be done with it. You should be happy with your home even if you spent more on it.

Charter schools has lot of competition in DE area very tough to get in, last option for you will be a private school in that area so your kid will end up in st. Andrew’s paying 25K per year
