after couple of months ekkuva tinali anipistadi

na uddesamlo lite ga tintey ok

adem diet plan oo cheppu; 

no sugar ante external sugar kakunda just natural sources aa asalu any form of sugar lekunda just diet aa ?

ala emi ledu; its about gut bacteria;

naku PSA Vachindi...Joint pains unnai (shoulder. hip ), Fingers lo swelling (no pain in fingres).

I was careful with diet aina psoratic artritics vachindi.

I am taking medicine, when on medicine pains are not there ( swelling will be there in fingures) . Medicine api nappudu pains vasthai.

BMI correct ga ne vunda uncle. are you in correct weight range. 
WFH chesi chesi ivvanni problems ochchayi anukunta without much physical activity. 

btw sugar levels ela vunnai 

subtle ga naaku kuda pain vunde knees lo x-ray lo em rale edo discomfort laga vunde, I had to fix my diet, exercise and especially while working I consciously reminded myself to stand up. vitamin D supplement tesukuntunna. 

and coming to your question, no sugar diet cheyochu, starting lo withdrawl type sweet tooth type vuntundii you can rely on fruit instead of sugar, and gradually get rid of direct sugars in your diet.

In general this diet works. Not sure if it gives the results you are looking for, but its always good for a healthy diet/life.

I stopped taking sugar with Tea/Coffee. I enjoy the natural taste with out milk/sugar. I dont have a sweet tooth, so avoiding sweets is easy. I control my carbs too. 

But like @lollilolli2020 mentioned, I got rid of my knee pain (1 leg) with healthy diet rather than exercise or tablets. I also take a multivitamin since years and never had energy problem issues which I see with most people. Vitamins help.

I did in 2016 , no sugar , no white bread . unna Minor health issues Anni poyayi..

Try to be conscious when buying foods, read the label and see the sugar contents esp added sugars..natural sugars fruits like pineapple avoid....trader joes is a good example, prepared food with no added sugars vuntayi...

No sugars, Low carb, rich fiber and protein will make things better kaka....You are thinking in the right way, no sugar ane alochana vachindi ante next implementation...atarvata evanki vinedi ledu..

Add kakarakaya and its juice to the diet plan. Faster results
