Land Titling Act Facts. Tomorrow if TDP comes to power they will also implement it and the same people who are trolling Jagan will hail CBN as visionary

Manmohan singh govt came with this act in 2010. Modi govt and NITI Ayog recommened states to adapt this act.

TDP is doing fake propaganda without telling full details of the act to people. If CBN comes to power he will implement the act too. The civil lawyers are who going to lose livlihood is supporting the fake propaganda.

Things to know:

1. Separate tribunals to resolve land issues on fast track basis. If the decision of tribunal is not acceptable then can be appealed in high court/supreme court. Since civil courts will not jurisdiction over land issues, this will be a blow to lawyers who rely and prolong cases for their survival.

2. Everything is tracked online and officers who are deviating from norms will be prosecuted. 

3. All titles are insured. If in future some one claim ownership then you will be paid the amount you did registration.

4. Once all states implement this act, any indian can buy any land without worrying about fake documents or fake registrations.

Land is a state subject. Central govt only provides model law and its upto states to adapt it or not. No loss or gain for central govt with this law.
