Till now India was used only for low end work like QA/Process Monitoring but uppudu akkada koda product development level ki vachesaru janalu. Low end work emo is being sent to new locations like Mexico, Colombia. They are just starting IT and are like how India was 15-20 yrs back. Quote

Vunnaa sare, co-ordination & synchronization is impossible. So they will end up with reaching American shores. But there are definitely clear-cut best devs in India, it was always the case. And it still is. But my point is it wont change much w.r.t off-shoring scenario. Most of the businesses do not need TOP Class Coders. They just want bu££s that can sit 12 hours a day and fix the bugs...work through their a$$ across all stages of software cycle. Nothing will change for India - hard working people will be paid very less and managers make the most. Also on HackerRank website, India's rank is only after 30 for last 10 years. So definitely Indian devs are not the most-valued ones. Quote
