Local parties ki left right, ideologies emundavu.. they go with whoever they want based on their own survival or benefit.. Look at CBN or Nitish kumar or even Sivasena… 

Jagan also voted for Congress president candidate (Pranab) in the last presidential elections and now supporting BJP on every bill..
