2 or 1  fulltime job chesthey.. LLC doesn't help him.. unless he starts a staffing company on that LLC

LLC tax benefit ane prati gc vallu opening, if LLC is not making money , you can't show expenses for tax savings, $2k -$3k max chupiyochi Ade kuda couple of years every year chupistey audit vastey and you will loose LLC. , is it worth your time and effort for 2K per year think cheyandi.

 

LLC is for real business that makes money , stop thinking it as saving taxes.
