The bill passed by AP govt was reviewed by central govt. Central govt asked some clarifications and suggested few changes. After making all amendments central govt gave approval and president signed the bill in Sep 2023.

The model bill for states to adapt is given by central govt. State govt will pass the bill in assembly and president and governor will sign it unlike other bills which need only governor sign.
