PI Planning, Scrum planning etc etc ani sava D ... The whole process seems like a scam to me to fill certain roles. Agile is supposed to fasten the process, its just too much overhead.

Adiginde Malli adagatam, manalne stories ki description raayamanatam. Malla managers,directors mundu show dengtaaru. IT lo SM roles are biggest scams, vallaki icche salaries tho entry level devs ni Aina hire cheiacchu

exactly...konni sarlu pani chese vallu 2-3 developers untaaru standup call lo....oka scrum master, oka project manager, oka dev team manager, oka director...ila 5-6 panikimalini batch minimum....

The whole point of agile is to be agile - Fast and quick development. Its easy to do when teams are small. All these planning sessions, status calls, Product Owners meeting, are . Waste of time. In fact in a quarter we spend 1 month only for planning.
