I said any committe cannot reverse supreme court judgement and in the context of private property dispute. Parliament make laws and the law you quoted is challenged and supremecourt upheld it.

First off, Andhra politics I am not a supporter of any party.

also shah bano case is a classic example of how Congress can overturn Supreme court's decision.
