May be he wanted Bharati to be his No:2 or that there shouldn’t be a No:2.. party heads don’t want a No:2 in the party.. they want the second level leaders to just fight to become No:2 forever.. 

ViSareddy’s position was downgraded as he built too much influence in Delhi.. Sajjala took over that now.. next time he will be replaced by someone else..
