calling @CanadianMalodu   @RaaoSaab  @psycontr    I was referring to very same problem this guy is facing.. My fellow got the same issue but he managed to get out of this as the old owner was a good person. In this case it looks like he has dispute with his neighbor. so the officials entered the details as disputed land even though he has the Patta and Passbook. This is not going to resolve unless the new owner and old owner sits together and resolve in an amicable way. these issues will come especially for assigned lands which were converted to DKT later. 

Resurvey was done only a part about 30,000 Acres I think.
