Bros may 31 na current h1b end date.. company April 20 ki file chesindi but unta varaku no acknowledgement from USCIS.. fedex delivered ani showing but checks cash kaaledu and USCIS e center ki call chesina they don’t have it antunaru.. attorneys are refiling again this week but did anyone run into this?

sometimes it happens.. but you need to wait for few more days before you file new one. Your attorney will take care of it kasta opika pattu kaaka .. do not get tensed.. ? Visa Max out avvaledu kada.. ?

Ante attorney team e suggest chesindi to refile… max out avvale but I’ll be out of status kada bro

I do not think so kaaka.. But if that is the case your attorney will tell you to leave US for couple of days ani. When the VISA stamp is going to expire .. ?

yeah I’m gonna wait a week more and maybe ask the attorneys again.. but yeah first time ila avadam so was confusing n also lil stressful
