No clue about Polls tracker person either but his numbers matched with what I have in one district.

Partha Doss is someone I followed though.

Did Janmath Polls release any this week? He got it right in TG.

What is he? Analyst? Psephologist? Journalist?

He cannot be all three. 
 

If he did proper survey with enough sample and enough composition, he shouldn’t be switching sides citing poll management. Otherwise he just made up numbers based on some sources from every district
