Balineni is still very accessible for people there. In fact he fought got the land plots allotment done few weeks before.  I don’t like his blackmailing acts though.

Only balineni himself can decide if he want to loose or win … very strong. Im expecting cross voting here and balineni will win. But other seats he might take it lite based on his differences with jaggu. Last two days lo anything can happen. Jaggu might compromise with him
