Actually its Good , But you did not given answer how it is generated 

Since CBN himself does not have Trust/reliable from Public . So its hard to belive until unless its explained logically

Here Jagan does not giving any promises , But he fullfilled his promises on Navaratna 

So More trust on Jagga, Public dont care aboutg how it coming to them , Just they will  check coming money or not.
