AADHAR link up is not a good strategy. AADHAR is not proof of citizenship. Any non citizen can get an AADHAR. AADHAR is supposed to be the SSN for Indians; as much as I abhor this forced Americanized idea in the first place, I still think it shouldn't be anything more than that.
