It will help if allies with them in 2029. With Centre & state elections happening together, always going with whoever is projected to win at Centre helps. CBN was smart to understand and ally with BJP every time. He misjudged Congress coming to power in 2019 and failed that time. I wouldn’t be surprised if TDP + Congress + JS alliance happens in 2029.
