If TDP gets just border line majority between 88 and 95…then PK and BJP might not join the government.

They will say ..we will support from outside. That way..they keep their  options open to criticize TDP whenever they want.

 

if TDP secures 100 plus on its own and PK+BJP is restricted below 15…then , with no other option, they might join the government..to have a bite of power.🤓
