Most of Jagan's karyakartas are unhappy that the volunteer system replaced them. But quesrion is are they ready to vote for tdp? Unhappy does not mean that they are ready to vote for another party in a state which is heavily polarized

it could purely mean they just vote to YCP and there ends their responsibility...this is what happened to TDP in 2019...cader just deserted teh party...

cader plays huge role in mobilising the vote base, distributing cash, booth agents and influencing neutral voters etc

Village Secretaries are the best thing he has done. Volunteers are not necessarily going to be the new cadre. Majority of these volunteer roles are given to the YCP sympathizers rexommended by local leaders. They are a good delivery mechanism. 5K is not a lot if you weigh the benefits with them. 

This is a good public reform which costed him some among the cadre, local leaders, and employees like you mentioned.

Whoever came up with the idea of Siddam slogan and meetings… kudos to them. 
 

Siddam , Memantha Siddam are big boost for cadre. They lost some momentum after the manifesto announcement along with fake news on lands being spread at the same time.

YCP will win most of the reserved seats and the vote transfer from tdp to jsp was not up to the mark and reserved seats lo ekkuva money pancharu, hence the low voting too
