Jagan planned to deliver them before elections for obvious political benefit. 
 

TDP stopped the distribution of the funds with help of EC even though they were scheduled before. High Court release cheyadaniki one day isthe kooda EC defied the court order.

Now they started releasing the funds.. konchem opika pattandi… You have to check how much arrears CBN left for the previous Govt.., all left over funds  diverted for Pasupu Kumkuma and jump.

endhi bro… meeru news chusara? High Court gave one day May 10th for Government to release funds. But EC defied the court order and questioned Govt again on it, same date NavaRathnam party tho HC lo affidavit veyicnharu… HC scolded that party as well .

Yes, Raithu Bandu elections mundhe kadha release chesaru… I’ll check with TG friends on this.
