As far as I know, YSR govt time was the best time for contractors. Ma mama kuda mining contracts chesevadu. Dabbulu time ki release ayyevi and valla % kuda time kincihesevallu..90s CBN time kuda bagane vundedi, appudu contractors kadu kani kerosene ration dealers daggara e political leaders dabbulu adige vallu kadu, but once YSR govt started commissions started. 

Honestly AP state is a disaster with these freebies. How many years they run like this? Some day tax payers and business people leave the state.

Nobody is going to dare to stop these welfare schemes. Only someone like Jayalalitha had guts to take bold decisions. I’d expect our state situation to be not any different for next decade at least.
