Oka chinna story chepta .. 

A few yrs back .. when I joined a company ..there was competition among groups for annual day .. competitions were held with in company and diff groups participated .. there was a lot of Trash talk among IM/Chat ... The D day arrived .. and we won .. After that I did not see even a single message ridiculing the other teams .. it was more like .. 

It was good competition. your group gave us good competition

.. Dont you think, this is what we need? Respect opposition, move on .. and call them out for things they are doing wrong? 

I am an idealist .. I know and aware I dont belong .. but just saying ...
