Ind vellina… job chesina without informing client and vendor…. Came back to usa.. after 1 month back to USA fired 

 

reasons:

incorrect login hours.. they want to find out, how many days and hours is connected to vpn in whole month

 

evebtually, they figured out I was not in USA for that whole month

No problem. No issues for H1. I know many who does years and years on H1 from India.

talk to attorney one of my friend did for 6 to 7 months he had some issues in IRS letters and h1 extension time lo some rfe came your attorney should this issues overall what I became aware is more than 60 to 90 days don’t do work from India in general to avoid tax issues and extension issues if u want to continue longer employer okay work on India payroll and then when you come back to USA get back in payroll.. hope that helps

No problem at all, my friend did 3 jobs for 1 year no issue and one job is JPMC no issue
