We are on GC and going to apply for citizenship in 1.5 years.we are getting some money from government in our state for services for our 6 year old autistic kid who is US citizen.Will it impact our citizenship application in future under public charge?please share

No worries bro. Those public charge rules anni GC ki mundu. Once a GC holder, you have the same rights as a citizen except voting rights.

1.5 years padtundi eligibility ki annadu , trump voche sariki etla apply chestadu? 
 

benefits are not for kid but parents ki vostayi as a payment for services to therapist fees which parents have to pay otherwise
