They were not inclusive of any development activities before

the social barriers were not loosened during previous regime and they dont even know what are benefits of development driven economy looks like which itself is a time taking process.

SC and ST have great gratitude to congress. Their life changed a lot in 70s due to Congress/Indira Ghandi. Atleast thats what they think. What ever YSR did/said it consolidated further. The vote transferred to Jagan when Congress died in AP.
