Trying to renew spouse passport while in India. Passport is expiring after 15 months. Once entered into US in current state, I94 will be given until passport expiry even though visa is valid for 3 years. Which will affect EAD+processing times. I’m hoping to reissue the passport with spouse name added. Will I get 10 years validity or same validity as original one?
