That minor is drinking alcohol in cc footage, but in report they wrote he didnt drink. Minor ani vadilesara ?

If he is tried as an adult , he will have to serve the jail time be it 7 yrs or whatever.Him being a minor and if he is tried as a zuvi, max 1-2 yrs .
