You are wrong bro...even tough you are Indian but living in a foriegn country for more than 6 months then you are considered as NRI.....and NRI cannot buy agri lands and farm lands aswell. If you want to lose the NRI status then you have to stay in INdia for more than 6 months...after this you can buy agriculture land or farm lands.

Now you may think that no body is checking ..but in future Indain govt may charge heavy penalties if they got to know..

pina cheppinavi anni Indian citizens ki maatrame. If you have a foriegn citizenship then you can only inherit agriculture or farm lands

Just because you bought, got it registered on your name and have Adhar etc doesn't mean your purchase is legal. India lo evaru check cheyyaru. Kaani central govt eppudo okasari sweeping reforms chethe...easy ga valalo padutharu.

Acquisition and Transfer of Immovable Property in India
A person resident outside India who is a citizen of India (NRI) can acquire by
way of purchase, any immovable property in India other than agricultural

if you are an NRI..you can invest in plots houses etc etc but dont buy agri lands..if not today..some other day they will find out ...so careful
