Need advice. Got a remote job. Oka 10 % pay raise and stocks vastayi but have 4 year vesting period. Ee time lo job Change avvadam risky aa .. current job onsite, low pay and no appraisals..bonus kuda Ledu.. stability alochostunna. Any advice pls ..serious replies evvandi pls..already so confused

4 year vesting too much, bonus kinda ivvamanu instead, stability ante no one knows.

Come out from comfort zone . E time lo FTE kottavu ante, There is a strong requirement on both side. Nothing worry about job security. Nothing guarantee in your current job also , Situation may change with one quester results . So go and grab the little more fruits

On h1. Current company is in mortgage industry..kind of ok now .. the new one is product based

If it is a small start up kind of company, f4ck it and stay back in your current company. If it is a bigger 1B+ company go for it..

The fact you looked for a job, means you are unhappy about your current job. 4 yrs vesting ante, every year they give you 25% of stock which is good. 

Instead of resigning immediately, take a 1 month leave at current job, join new one, see if its good and you like it. Then take decision.

4yrs vesting ante chala long.. quarterly better or annually
