Money (Power) vs Ethics exist everywhere & in everything, irrespective of nations, institutions, class, political parties, & also at the level of individuals .. we're already past that stage where justice can be delivered just by passing a sentence!

Many such cases were manipulated earlier as well such as Kathua Rape & Murder, Hyd ganng rape of 17yr old, SSR death, Shashi Tharoor's wife death, to name a few ..

In all these cases including the one, we're discussing in particular, there are more than 1 accused, there always hv been, so no point blaming the system coz today's crimes r not accidental (human errors / anthropological), but they are intentional (evolutionary / civilisational). Also no one cares abt remorse/regret anymore; its all abt bouncing back HARDER !!!

Emo anna , fadnavis enter ayadu pune case lo anaganey , some MH locals mentioned that he will support  victims ( rich group). Fadnavis  emi good person kadhu & he does many shrewd things ( of course no politician can be ani cheppachu & Fadnavis involve ayadu case lo kabatti let's stick to him).  Of course local MH people & against to gujj people considering their issues with guj

Pune car crash: Juvenile's father, five others sent to judicial custody

A Pune court on Friday sent Vishal Agarwal, the father of the minor who was involved in a car crash resulting in the death of two individuals in the city, along with five other accused in the case, to judicial custody until June 7 after the prosecution demanded extension of their police custody for further probe.
The court remaded Agarwal and others including the owner and employees of two liquor-serving establishments where the teenager had allegedly consumed alcohol before his Porsche car knocked down two software professionals on a motorbike.
Attempts were made to create the impression that the minor was not driving the car during the accident on May 19. Pune Police Commissioner Amitesh Kumar mentioned this earlier today.
