Pune car crash: Juvenile's father, five others sent to judicial custody

A Pune court on Friday sent Vishal Agarwal, the father of the minor who was involved in a car crash resulting in the death of two individuals in the city, along with five other accused in the case, to judicial custody until June 7 after the prosecution demanded extension of their police custody for further probe.
The court remaded Agarwal and others including the owner and employees of two liquor-serving establishments where the teenager had allegedly consumed alcohol before his Porsche car knocked down two software professionals on a motorbike.
Attempts were made to create the impression that the minor was not driving the car during the accident on May 19. Pune Police Commissioner Amitesh Kumar mentioned this earlier today.

Father and bar owners will come out easily...what proofs police have? 

Bar owner says : he presented a valid proof. That's it... If not, imagine no bar can operate anywhere in india

Father says : driver is supposed to drive, I don't know why he is driving.

its upto police now to prove and collect evidence that the boy was behind the wheel.

desham lo constitution ela chachindi ante... kalla to chusindi nammamu..evidence kavali ani...

blame the court and the way they ask for proofs to open shut-close cases like this...

I said no new case.... Unlike the papers are reporting... He is still out on bail. 

Do you think reaction will be like this if it happened in non-BJP state ?
