The author has an agenda and a narrative.. he chooses stories that fits into the narrative.. the so called victim has his own agenda and goal which is to bring his family to US.. so obviously he will magnify the events.. 

Developing economies lo democratic values mida chala focus untaadi to the West.. they try to put some tag or the other.. west funds NGO’s in all developing countries, that push their agenda.. 

they don’t care about this in their own countries and authoritarian states..
