Folks question on pay statement pls help

Contract end aipovatam valla wife dhi job aipoindi ! Employer deggara 3 month salary pending vundi and we asked him to run the pending amount in single go ! He was saying that will be a loss as they will run it as bonus and bonus will have huge tax cuts ! 
 

but bonus will be showing up as regular earning in year end W2 kada ! Can i not claim that in refund based on the filing ?

Is it better take it in single go or run it month by month for next 3 months ?

Yes u can. U will get it as refund at the time of filing
