Texas lo electric vehicle ki registration fees ekkuva.. as people don’t pay for gas.. 

CA officials don’t use brain I guess… They can charge more for registration renewals of electric vehicles.. or decide the charge based on odometer reading at the time of smog check or registration renewal.. tracking devices and regular collection of money for every mile ante, ppl will get pissed off..
