through consultancy H1 ki apply cheyyaali ante u definetly has to have Client letter .. already nuvu unna company vadu H1b sponsor chesthe u will be morethan lucky ..

ledhu ante .. u have to change ur visa status from L1 to F1 by applying in any of the Univ's .. there r some Univ's where u can start working from the very beginning .. once u get the job .. appudu u can apply for H1
