greasy foods, biryanis. 

Food with Zero Fiber content. 

basically Indian food. 

also lots of spicy food-- like having lots of chilli powder or green chillies which ain't good. 
instead ppl should use pepper powder instead which is easy on gut.

last year colonoscopy chesina tarvata nunchi I am having GERD symptoms..

starting lo ardham kaale... being stomach sleeper, heavy acid reflux aitunde almost every night..

teera chuste persiatwnt cough and aacid reflux are because of GERD ani telindi..

since then I am avoiding spicy foods and finishing dinner 3hrs before sleep

elevated head position ki shift ayya while sleeping, initial ga chala ibbandi aindi with no sleep... ippudu slow ga alavatu aindi

im not going near those pills,.. dont want to go that route

anna ipudu colonoscopy ante doctor ni physical ki velinapudu adiguthe chestada ?? or lekapothe we have to pay extra for it because we are asking specifically for it ?

check for Iron levels and go for Hpylori test before going to colonoscopy @Mancode
