greasy foods, biryanis.

Food with Zero Fiber content.

basically Indian food.

also lots of spicy food-- like having lots of chilli powder or green chillies which ain't good.
instead ppl should use pepper powder instead which is easy on gut.

I eat Indian food daily and don’t have any of these symptoms and confident will never get them. They must be doing something wrong and I agree that food habits in India are worst at the moment

Very wrong perception of Indian food. Indian food, particularly culinary tradition from Andhra used to be very balanced. Green chilies and chilli powder is actually  very good for your overall metabolism and vitality. Most of the time the culprits are poor quality adulterated chilli powders. Also, to balance that Andhra cuisine uses curd/ yogurt. It calms your body and is good for colon and digestive health.

The key is to home cook meals where you have control on what you eat. Eating leafy vegetables (Spinach, Totakura, Bachalakoora) and  vegetables (eggplant, tomatoes, beerakaya /Chinese Okra, Donadakaya, bendakaya/Okra, Bottleguard/Anapakaya, Carrots etc.) lentils (Kandipappu, pesara Pappu) is important. There are enough Andhra dishes that use these.
