Wichita Falls varuku ellavu ante, I will suggest you looks at College Station, Bryan area. Desilu takkuve untaru but you will have quick access to Houston [90 miles], Austin [100 miles], San Antonio[150 miles]  area and nee LCA problem koda solve avvachu.

Wichita Falls okka sari winter lo ella, felt it was more remote and lot more colder than college station/bryan area. I see lot of mana desi students/parents keep travelling between college station/bryan and the three cities than between DFW and Wichita Falls.
