No, India says it lol. If you think Modi and BJP will make India like China, remember that people of India are not fools like the Chinese. They can and will protest. Modi 1.0 had only one protest, Modi 2.0 had multiple protests. Modi 3.0 will only have more protests. Modi is not above the Constitution and the people of India. One person one vote is the basis of democracy. India has that policy and China doesn't.

Right to vote is imbibed in every Indian even before Independence. People of India even the illiterate understand and exercise their right. The Chinese would never understand this concept in their dumb brains. People in India value their right to vote and will not give it up by force like the Chinese did in 1949 massacre. The Chinese have been ethnically persecuted by the CCP to only retain the Han dynasty, so it may seem like a single community, but languages and ethnicities have been systematically killed by the CCP to make a monolithic society. This would never happen in India.
