It's not always the father's caste. I have seen cases where people take mother's caste if the mother is of a lower caste and gets reservation. Do intercaste over multiple generations to dilute caste, and everyone gets reservation.

BJP is using Hinduism is unite people and make them not fight over different castes. It may or may not work out for them to remove reservations this way because Congress is trying very hard to divide people on the basis of castes. If BJP removes reservation, Congress will use it against them in the next elections.

No, I.N.D.I.A is the one talking about Union of States, language identity, caste politics.  e.g. dravidian politics by DMK, caste census by SP and Congress. Do you know the meaning of Union of States and languages ?
