That's geo engineering for you.Dubai rains are result of massive cloud seeding exercise.  Tornadoes, earth quakes  and landslides, that's HAARP. You can use HAARP to change the direction and intensity of a tornado, cause earth quake (like the one in Turkey), if channelized into sea bed it can cause Tsunami (the nuclear reactor one in Japan).

It's not fake. The changes are real. But the idea that it's "climate change" caused by humans using carbon is not. The changes however are caused using  geo-engineering techniques.
