I'd say call him/her first and talk to him/her. Tell them in a crisp manner why you think you need a raise (endhuku, emiti, ela). It then gets to HR/your Supervisor and they look at their budget. If it's in their budget and you are at the right side of demand supply curve they will give you that; if not they will refuse and tell you to confirm if you'd still be interested or not. Some things are better dealt on calls.

Is $150k Base + 22% bonus in Minnesota a good pay to accept offer ?

Background: Lead Software Engineer

Experience: 9 Years with masters Degree

 

DB lo andharu above 200K base plus bonus antunnaru so thinking twice if I am getting good or not ani.

Absolute numbers don't make much sense. If that 200k is in California or places like Boston/Chicago/NY you're  actually making better monies than them.
