నేను ఒక నెల రోజులుగా balance అనే app తో ట్రై చేస్తున్నా…

కరక్ట్ గా చేస్తే బానే ఉంది…but how to stay on focused…lot of distractions…

ఆ aap లో breathe focus, body scaning, labeling అని methods చెప్పారు…are those universally following methods…

dont worry about whether you focusing or not ...

learn to throw away any incoming thought and or how to process it later ...

after pushing away 10 -20 thoughts away ... you will probably reach a minute where there are no thoughts ...

if u keep on doing this on a daily basis .... in a 2-3 week period you will reach a stage where there will be no thought period of 5-7 minutes ... that is sufficient enough !!!

meetup lo chala meditation groups untayi or any Hindu temple associated….try them group lo unte automatically you will focus on meditation as everyone else does the same.

You cannot stop thoughts anna , mind is like monkey , so accept them just observe don't resist keep on accepting then they will stop

That's why most hindu practices lo heavy breathing, hyperventilating , or some chanting untayi which take you ro thoughtless mode easily
